Fran MD390 return button

Hi. My name is Fran , my indicative EA4FRI . I am writing to you because I see you have experience in DMR systems. I'm starting to experiment with the DMR system. I bought a DV4mini and TYT walkie MD390 . It has everything very good. It turns out that I meet a somewhat strange problem is that the return button (red button) does not answer me . I tried it with "short" press and long press and unresponsive. Do you know of any similar problem ? What can be ? I sent a video on Google Drive. Thanks for your attention.

Update ::

Hello again. Thank you very much for your responses. It is wonderful to help us through the Internet. From the customer service where I bought the walkie are very attentive and are in contact with TYT too. I have suggested another test and unmute the keyboard and the result is obvious , the red return button does not work. It is likely to have to replace me the walkie . I show a new video https://drive.google.com/open?id=0BxBd2JlghQwjMXRGY3BNV0xvWkk

Best regards.

    Fran after reviewing the video, it seems to be a hardware problem, consider sending the unit back for repair.

    Also try updating the firmware if not completed

  4. Fran open the radio up and check to ensure that the switches are not obstructed. Contact cleaner may help. If all fails please return to vendor for a swap out. I had a similar issue with the MD380
